Business Law subject covers principal areas of
law which regulates business activities of enterprises in Vietnam with a
reference to international law and the English law, one of the most popular law
which is taught in universities around the world. The subject focuses on two
main areas of law: the law regulating the establishment and governance of
companies and the law of contract.
