This course provides students with multiple disciplines related to advanced financial accounting, following the Intermediate accounting 1 &2 (ACC300A and B). This course focus on important chapters such as equity method in equity investment, consolidated financial statements with various conditions and sequence, intra-entity transactions, etc. This module also provides theoretical and practical contents about foreign currency transactions and hedging risk, translation of foreign financial statements. And lastly, this course emphasizes on partnership with major transactions about formation, operation, liquidation and termination.
