This course is designed to provide business administration students with basic concepts, knowledge and skill in human resource management. Students will acquire functional knowledge in the human field such as recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, training, health and safety. It also helps students to apply those knowledge and skills into workplace in a changing world today.
