- Explains the concept of the rule of law and discuss the role of flexibility and fairness in a legal system governed by the rule of law.
- Discusses the primary functions of law in Vietnam and in other countries such á the United States
- Introduce key issues of Business Law including: Contract law; Law of business organisations; Intellectual Property Law; Law for business dispute resolution.
