Sử dụng kiến thức Nghiệp vụ Hải quan vào thực hiện các thủ tục hải quan đối với hàng hóa xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu, những thủ tục hải quan bao gồm các quy trình thực hiện các nghiệp vụ đăng ký, kiểm tra, giám sát hải quan, thông quan, phúc tập hồ sơ, kiểm tra sau thông quan, xử lý vi phạm hành chính về hải quan. Bên cạnh đó, học phần này còn trang bị kiến thức nền tảng về các vấn đề trị giá hải quan, quy định về quản lý nhà nước trong lĩnh vực thu thuế xuất nhập khẩu, hải quan điện tử, tạo điều kiện thuận lợi khi bước vào từng nghiệp vụ hải quan cụ thể, người học có thể hiểu được trách nhiệm, quyền lợi và nghĩa vụ của các bên: người khai hải quan và nhân viên hải quan, để thực hiện và xử lý công việc trong từng quy trình nghiệp vụ hải quan cụ thể.

The course of foreign trade practices: Theory and skills is designed for students in international business and economics minor at both full-time and part-time courses, and for other students in economics universities
The module foreign trade practices: theory and skills focuses on the way in doing business worldwide. So that, this course has vast scopes and diverse objectives, which lead to approaching methods from the whole to detail. This course discusses about international business form, transportation, insurance and payment. Learners are intended to be aware of and to apply these skills in doing international business. This course also discusses about international business cases. Foreign trade environment as well as practices and skills are particularly described.
